NOBEEP launched on the 20th of July 2022 to provide assistance to Black entrepreneurs in Northern Ontario. The staff at NOBEEP have taken up this initiative and are working hard to reach out and provide advice and guidance to the Black entrepreneurs to help them succeed and deal with challenges they may encounter along the way.

The Afro-Heritage Association of Sudbury’s Board of Governors congratulates Charles C. Nyabeze on his appointment as NOBEEP’s Executive Director (ED). Charles is uniquely qualified to execute the requirements of the ED role, being that he is one of the co-founders of NOBEEP and has years of exceptional business innovation and advancement experience.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Afro-Heritage Association Sudbury, I want to congratulate the team at NOBEEP on on-boarding the first student Intern. Mentoring youth on topics of business principles is one of the keys to economic development and progress in the community.

The Northern Ontario Black Economic Empowerment Program (NOBEEP) has officially launched, and we are now open for business. We want to extend our gratitude to all who participated in our July 20, 2022, official launch.
