Charles holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering and a Masters in Business and Administration (MBA). Charles is a past President of the Afro-Heritage Association of Sudbury (2016-2020). He is an entrepreneur, co-founder and Interim-Executive Director for the Northern Ontario Black Economic Empowerment Program (NOBEEP). Charles endeavours to ensure that NOBEEP remains sustainable, impactful, funded, and active and he endures to create long-term value for the Black community in Northern Ontario. Charles has expertise in relationship building, network development, government relations and partnership development.
